Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece you order from Stud Jocky. However, if something’s not right, here’s what you need to know:


No Returns on Underwear or Swimwear

Due to hygiene and health regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear — unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong item.


Returns Eligibility (for faulty or incorrect items only):

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Do not return your item to the brand/manufacturer directly.


Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Underwear and swimwear (unless faulty or incorrect item received)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (non-refundable unless faulty)


Partial Refunds (if applicable):

  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned beyond 30 days of delivery


Refund Process (if approved):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds:

Haven’t received your refund yet?

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).

  3. Still no luck? Email us at support@studjocky.com


Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged.
Need to exchange? Email us at support@studjocky.com and we’ll guide you through next steps.


Gifts:

If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue you a gift credit once the return is approved.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.


Shipping Your Return:

Email us at support@studjocky.com for the return address and instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted.

  • For returns over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.
