Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love every piece you order from Stud Jocky. However, if something’s not right, here’s what you need to know:
No Returns on Underwear or Swimwear
Due to hygiene and health regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear — unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong item.
Returns Eligibility (for faulty or incorrect items only):

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Do not return your item to the brand/manufacturer directly.
Items NOT Eligible for Return:

Underwear and swimwear (unless faulty or incorrect item received)

Gift cards

Sale items (non-refundable unless faulty)
Partial Refunds (if applicable):

Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned beyond 30 days of delivery
Refund Process (if approved):
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged.
Need to exchange? Email us at support@studjocky.com and we’ll guide you through next steps.
Gifts:
If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue you a gift credit once the return is approved.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Your Return:
Email us at support@studjocky.com for the return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted.

For returns over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.
