Delivery & Tracking

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 days. Delivery time varies based on your shipping method and location:

  • Standard shipping: 2-3 business days after dispatch
  • Express shipping: Faster delivery, depending on your location

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on your region.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. If your tracking number isn’t working, simply reply to the email, and our team will assist you.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

We stand by our service if your order is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll replace or refund it at no extra cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we deliver to Portugal, Spain, Italy, and France.

Will all my items arrive together?

Yes, all items in your order will be shipped at the same time.

Where do your products ship from?

Our products are manufactured globally and shipped from Portugal.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Yes! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to make changes. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we can’t make modifications.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellations are possible before dispatch. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Can I return an item?

We only accept returns on items that are faulty or if you received the incorrect item. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear or swimwear.

If your item qualifies for return, it must be unworn, in original packaging, and have all tags attached. To start a return, please contact us at support@studjocky.com, and we’ll provide return instructions.

Note: Shipping costs for returns are not covered by Stud Jocky.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or if you received the wrong item. If that's the case, email us at support@studjocky.com, and we’ll help you sort it out.
